We actively support our decision-making mechanisms through regular meetings, creating a governance structure strengthened by committees.
We engage our employees and managers at all levels of the hierarchical structure in addressing economic, social, and environmental issues through various formations such as Process Owners, Working Groups, Sub-committees, Regulatory Committees, Steering Committees, and Assessment Committees within our organizational structure at our factories and Central Coordination Office.
